For users who want to organize their analysis more effectively, reconfigured provides additional features to streamline and structure your workflow. These features are in development and slightly hidden to minimize distraction.

You can find most of them under the "..." menu under your quests:

Quest Tags

Add custom tags to your quests to group and categorize them based on themes, projects, or by customer/stakeholder name. This helps in quickly filtering and finding relevant quests when needed.

Tags can be managed in the Inventory tab, or directly in the quest itself.

Related Quests

Sometimes Chapters turn out to be more than anticipated. You can easily convert a chapter into a new quest by pressing "..." next to the chapter. This will automatically link the new quest to its parent, giving you a trail of related quests.

Quest Statuses

reconfigured uses simplified status options that mimic the iterative nature of analytics work. The available statuses are:

  • In Discussion (default)

  • Working on

  • Concluded

The idea is that before you commit to work, you first need to discuss and understand the data problem at hand. Once you have enough information, you set it to working on.

If it turns out that a quest needs more clarification, you can move it back to in discussion.

You can also split your actively worked on quests into three buckets:

  • Good to go: No blockers

  • Waiting on: Waiting on a deliverable (e.g schema upgrade) from someone

  • Answers needed: Waiting on an someone to give extra information

Following Quests

If you have multiple people within your organization, you can follow a teammates quest. You will not (yet) receive updates about it, but you will be able to access the quest through the left hand side bar.

Download Quest

If you absolutely must, you can download your quest data in CSV format. Let us know if you have a real use case for this.

Copy Quest as Prompt

This will copy the entire quest context (including activity trails and chapters) in to your clipboard, which you can then forward to a ChatGPT equivalent.
